How To Boost Your Metabolism

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nuS5u2DXfyI

1. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF
It is very important that you do eat, preferably healthy foods, if you wish to boost your metabolism. Your metabolism needs food to fule! Good food = faster metabolism!

2. WATER WATER WATER!
Drink lots and lots of water! Water helps your liver function, and your liver is what gets all the toxins out of your body and metabolizes fat! The more water you drink the happier and healthier your liver!

3. ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gets your metabolism revved and ready for the day! If you skip breakfast your metabolism will slow right down because it's practically running on fumes.

4. GREEN TEA
I'm not saying go out and down as much green tea as you can, but something like encorperating having a cup or two throughout your day sounds right. Green tea has been proven to help boost metabolism by 4% and help inhibit fat absorbtion

This clip above was chosen because it helps explain some points on boosting your metabolsim. However it does not do the best job and I could have made my own video explaining my points myself and it would have been much more understandable.

HOMELESSNESS

Homelessness has become an increasing issue all over Canada. Whether the homeless be adults, children, or even war veterens, it can happen to anyone whether they know its in their future or not. Homelessness is generally linked to substance abuse, domestic voilence, shortage of affordable housing, high unemployment rates, racial discrimination or mental illness. Children also wind up homeless because their parents kick them out for various reasons or, none at all.
I see homelessness as a very sad issue, especially because I can relate to not knowing what its like to have a home and the stress and struggles the homeless have to go through day to day just to get by. I wish there could be more facilities built for the homeless to make home permanently so everyone could be happy but of course, not everyone whos homeless is a good person. I wish for everyone who is homeless and has their own "issues", whether they be drug abuse, violence, mentall illness etc, to be able to have the help and support they need provided for them so they could try to get back on track and rebuild their life again.
