CHUPACABRA

"Over a decade ago, farmers in Calama, a mining town in the heart of Chile's harsh northern desert, awoke to find their goats and sheep dead in their pens. An unidentified predator had mutilated the animals' necks. By the time the television cameras arrived, the rumor of a Chupacabra attack, Chile's first, was spreading fast through the slender Pacific nation."

The Chupacabra has become one of the most common beasts studied under the general heading of cryptozoology, said being a mix of vampire and marauding, furry lizard. No one has ever caught one of these nasty little creatures, yet there are dozens of eyewitnesses claiming to have seen it.
Many in Puerto Rico described the animal as having a "reptilian body, oval head, bulging red eyes, fanged teeth and long, darting tongue," according to a report at the time in the daily San Juan Star.

Feeding off of livestock, mainly chicken and goats but they also enjoy sheep or cows, the Chupacabra attacks at night and kills its prey by draining it's body of blood with a single bite to the neck. Leaving the intact dead remains for the farmer to discover the next morning.
No one knows where this creature could have come from, some speculate a NASA experiment gone wrong but haha the chances? Some people say the chupacabra is just a cyote suffering from servere mange. I say it's just another species we are not yet familiar with, if this beast even exists.

SETH ROGAN

Seth Rogan, born April 15, 1982
Rogen began his career by doing stand up comedy during his teen years, and winning the Vancouver Amateur Comedy Contest in 1998 and while living in Vancouver, Seth landed a small part in Freaks and Geeks and shortly after he moved out to Los Angeles. Unfortunately Freaks and Geeks was cancled after one season due to poor ratings but then he got a part on the Undeclared who also hired him as a staff writer. After recieving Emmy nomination for being a staff writer on the final season of Da Ali G Show he was guided by film producer Judd Apatow toward a film career. Rogen was cast in a major supporting role and credited as a co-producer in Apatow's directorial debut, The 40 Year Old Virgin. After receiving critical praise for his performance, Universal Pictures gave him his big break. They agreed to cast him as Apatow's lead in Knocked Up and Funny People! Rogen and his comedy partner Evan Goldberg also co-wrote the films Superbad, Pinapple Express, and The Green Hornet.
Getting a little more personal, Seth began dating his now wife, Lauren Miller in 2004 after they met while he was working on the Da Ali G Show and got engaged in September 2010. Although no one in his family has it, Rogan has spoken out about the awareness of Alzheimers disease because it runs on his wife's side of the family, and he said "I think until you see it firsthand, it's kind of hard to conceive of how brutal it is, until I saw it, you just don't get how heartbreaking it can be."

How To Boost Your Metabolism

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nuS5u2DXfyI

1. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF
It is very important that you do eat, preferably healthy foods, if you wish to boost your metabolism. Your metabolism needs food to fule! Good food = faster metabolism!

2. WATER WATER WATER!
Drink lots and lots of water! Water helps your liver function, and your liver is what gets all the toxins out of your body and metabolizes fat! The more water you drink the happier and healthier your liver!

3. ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gets your metabolism revved and ready for the day! If you skip breakfast your metabolism will slow right down because it's practically running on fumes.

4. GREEN TEA
I'm not saying go out and down as much green tea as you can, but something like encorperating having a cup or two throughout your day sounds right. Green tea has been proven to help boost metabolism by 4% and help inhibit fat absorbtion

This clip above was chosen because it helps explain some points on boosting your metabolsim. However it does not do the best job and I could have made my own video explaining my points myself and it would have been much more understandable.

HOMELESSNESS

Homelessness has become an increasing issue all over Canada. Whether the homeless be adults, children, or even war veterens, it can happen to anyone whether they know its in their future or not. Homelessness is generally linked to substance abuse, domestic voilence, shortage of affordable housing, high unemployment rates, racial discrimination or mental illness. Children also wind up homeless because their parents kick them out for various reasons or, none at all.
I see homelessness as a very sad issue, especially because I can relate to not knowing what its like to have a home and the stress and struggles the homeless have to go through day to day just to get by. I wish there could be more facilities built for the homeless to make home permanently so everyone could be happy but of course, not everyone whos homeless is a good person. I wish for everyone who is homeless and has their own "issues", whether they be drug abuse, violence, mentall illness etc, to be able to have the help and support they need provided for them so they could try to get back on track and rebuild their life again.
